PUFFERIZED is a training application designed to help athletes prepare for the Strathpuffer 24-hour mountain bike race. The Service provides:

• Integration with Strava to import training data
• AI-powered training analysis and race readiness predictions
• Personalized training recommendations
• Race performance predictions

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Strava Integration

By connecting your Strava account, you authorize us to access your Strava data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Strava at any time from your account settings. Our use of Strava data is subject to Strava's API Agreement.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. The training recommendations, predictions, and analysis provided by PUFFERIZED are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any training program.

Not Professional Coaching

While our AI provides training analysis, it is not a substitute for professional coaching. The predictions and recommendations are based on algorithms and historical data, and actual results may vary.

Assumption of Risk

Mountain biking and endurance racing involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that participation in training and racing activities is at your own risk. PUFFERIZED is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training or competition.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate training analysis and predictions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should use your own judgment when following any AI-generated recommendations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PUFFERIZED and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUFFERIZED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
